Capoeira is a conversation you have with your body. Mestre Mindinho has been having it since he was a boy in Rio de Janeiro, and he still learns something in every roda.
He grew up in Rio de Janeiro, started capoeira as a child and was already teaching it as a teenager.
Mestre Mindinho teaches in Grupo Capoeira Brasil, in the lineage of Mestre Paulinho Sabiá. He built a school in San Diego, and then one in Palm Springs, where he teaches today.
