This is the personal website of Raphael Cunha, known professionally as Mestre Mindinho — a capoeira instructor and school operator. This page explains, plainly, how this site and its associated tools handle data.

Who this covers

Mindinho.com is a personal and small-business site. It is not a consumer product, and it does not run advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party data sharing of any kind.

Private automation tools

Behind the scenes, this site is supported by a small set of private, single-user automation tools built and operated solely by Raphael Cunha, including one called "MOVIMENTO Upload Robot." These tools:

• Are used only by their owner (Raphael Cunha) — no other person operates or has access to them.
• Upload the owner's own class and workshop recordings to the owner's own YouTube channel.
• Do not collect, store, sell, or share any other person's personal data.
• Are not available to the public and are not distributed as a product or service to anyone else.

Google user data

Where these tools connect to Google APIs (specifically the YouTube Data API, for uploading videos and reading basic channel information), access is used strictly to:

• Upload the owner's own video recordings to the owner's own YouTube channel, and
• List/read the owner's own channel and video metadata, so the tool can confirm an upload succeeded.

Any Google user data accessed this way is stored only on the owner's own computer, is never sold, and is never shared with any third party. This site's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What this site itself collects

The public pages of mindinho.com do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If you email the address below, that message is handled like any normal email.
